Lamb tagliata with watercress and tomatoes is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that can be served as a main course or as a part of a larger meal. Here's how to make it: Ingredients: 2 lamb chops, about 200g each 1 tbsp olive oil Salt and freshly ground black pepper 100g cherry tomatoes, halved 2 handfuls of watercress Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Parmesan shavings, to serve Instructions: Preheat a griddle or frying pan over a medium-high heat. Rub the lamb chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook the lamb chops for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your liking. Remove the lamb chops from the pan and allow them to rest for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, watercress, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Slice the lamb chops thinly and arrange them on a plate. Spoon the tomato and watercress mixture over the lamb. Top with Parmesan shavings. Serve and enjoy!
